Mission Statement

Grace House’s mission statement is to help you to move towards independent living and become self-supporting members of the community.
Supported housing can play an important role in transitioning from active drug addiction and alcoholism to daily living and reintegrating back into the clean and sober.

Project Overview

In 2019, Amazing Grace Spaces opened a shared dry and drug-free Housing Support project in Newport for 5 females recovering from drug and/or alcohol dependency. We work with clients to help them progress in their recoveries, rebuild their lives and maintain a fulfilling lifestyle.

Resettlement & moving on

Before you move-on, we will work with you to secure independent accommodation either with a private sector or social landlord and create an aftercare plan which fits around your personal circumstances.

Our supported housing programme is based on you and your needs, combing a core schedule of activities with a flexible range of personalised support. Everything we do is underpinned by established evidence-based principals and delivered by our skilled and experienced team.

The project will provide each resident with friendly recovery housing support that will guide a person through the different stages of their recovery. Grace House’s recovery housing pathway will provide opportunities for residents to develop life skills while in a supported environment. Residents must learn to maintain a tenancy and live by the rules of the house, learning to cope with the pressures of life with resorting to drugs or alcohol.
Before you join us at Grace House, we will offer you a full assessment to fully establish and understand your needs and agree a tailored programme bespoke to you.

Meaningful Activity

We have in place a roster of in-house activities and we will help you to access additional complimentary therapies from trusted local providers.

We exist to make a difference in the lives of people who want to change direction, grow as a person, and live life to its full potential.
Everything’s a collaboration: with those who commission us, the organisations we partner with, and the local community we work in. We want to make a difference-together.
